You would think it was the CBC and Hockey Night in Canada but no it wasn't.
In typical everyone loves the Toronto Maple Leafs and the East must be served first,
TSN's televised game tonight was the Leafs playing the Tampa Bay Lightning.
At the same time Martin Brodeur is going after the record of all time wins set by Patrick Roy. And he got it as the New Jersey Devils defeated the Chicago Black Hawks 3 -2 for win number 552 for Brodeur.
Meanwhile Curtis Joseph of the Leafs is fast heading toward the all time loss mark for goaltenders set by Gump Worsley many years ago.
And which game is televised - why ofcourse its the Toronto Maple Leafs because as every easterner will tell you, the entire world wants to follow the Toronto Maple Leafs. Fortunately for Joseph the Lightning are even worse than the Leafs and the Maple Buds prevailed 4 - 3.
Can hardly wait till CFL season when we will get a steady diet of the Toronto Argonauts. After all thats Canada's other team isn't it ?
