No question about it. This weeks Jackass award has to go to the Saskatchewan Minister in charge of Corrections.
Six inmates escape. They spend four months tunnelling out basically in front of guards and staff who couldn't seem to care less. A report blames management.
The Corrections Minister says no-ones to blame. No-one loses their jobs.
Lets all just join hands and sing Kumbia and maybe even build a new jail in Saskatoon. That will solve all the problems. Congratulations Darryl Hickie
