Oh good, Corrections Minister Darryl Hickie has come up with another great idea. Take gang members who have committed a crime and put them all in one jail. The jail, yet to be built, would be somewhere in Western Canada and possibly could be
Saskatoon, where the government has approved the building of an 87 million dollar remand center.
Now can't you just see all the cities in Western Canada lining up for this one. Just what any Canadian city would need.
All the dangerous gang criminals brought to one city where they can plan, organize and work on being better criminals.
And then maybe when they are released, they will make that lucky city their permanent home. What a great idea Minister Hickie.
And you might as well make it Saskatoon. MacLeans Magazine has already named Saskatoon as Canada's most dangerous city.
The news website RealClearWorld names Saskatoon as the ninth most dangerous city in the world. We have such heady company as Mogadishu, Somalia at number one, Detroit at number five, and Johannesburg, South Africa at number seven.
And there sits little old Saskatoon as the number nine most dangerous city in the world. What a honor. Has anyone told Tourism Saskatoon ? They may want to include this in their advertising.
So go ahead Mr. Hickie. Bring a few hundred or more dangerous gang members to Saskatoon or any other city for that matter.
Maybe Saskatoon can move up the standings and be the most dangerous city in Canada plus the most dangerous city in the world.
