Rider Loss: Blame Grant Devine

The Canadian Football League admitted this week that its officials made a mistake that may have cost the Saskatchewan RoughRiders the game in their loss to the British Columbia Lions.
The play in question was the weird Lion touchdown just before the half. The CFL says a Lion player was ahead of the ball and
therefore the play and the touchdown should not have been allowed.
The CFL was quick to put the blame on Rider coach Ken Miller saying if Miller had thrown a challenge flag, the play would have been overturned. Miller was quick to blame his spotters saying they told him the play was legitimate. The spotter meanwhile blamed former Premier Grant Devine saying the province wouldn't be in such a mess if it wasn't for him.
Meanwhile in a move to help the elder statesman coaches of the league, ie Miller and Wally Buono, the league has hired a flag girl. The flag girls job will be to get the older coaches attention and remind them that maybe they should throw the challenge flag. The first flag girl comes from the Nascar circuit but says she always felt her assets were more suited to football.
In other developments rumors persist that quarterback Darian Durant's confidence has been shattered. Durant is finding out what countless other Saskatchewan quarterbacks, Lancaster, Austin, Burgess, Crandall, Joseph. Glenn and more already knew.
RoughRider fans are mean to the quarterback. If you win, you get the blame for something, if you lose, you are to blame.
Unconfirmed reports say Durant is having special sessions as he gets ready for the Hamilton TigerCats this weekend.
So week seven has:
Calgary at Edmonton
British Columbia at Toronto
Montreal at Winnipeg
Hamilton at Saskatchewan
My picks: Calgary over Edmonton, British Columbia over Toronto, Montreal over Winnipeg and Hamilton over Saskatchewan.
Sorry folks too much uncertainty around the quarterback position, a strong Hamilton offense and a leaky Rider run defense spells trouble.

Ok I'm a political junkie. Provincial, federal, world - I follow it all. Also enjoy talk radio

Kind of said most of it above. I do love to travel though. Would love to visit every major city out there. Enjoy learning the culture of other countries. I'm a people watcher and a people person. Some say I love to talk and I guess that would be accurate
