The legend lives on from Toronto on down
Of the fake lake they call Harper's Folly
The lake, it is said, has the Liberals quite mad
And taxpayers screaming "It's a waste, by golly
It was made for the G8
Now isn't that great
A meeting costing billions of dough
When Ma Bell could have done it for less, you know
But there's no limit to what the politicians will spend
To satisfy their enormous ego
And the taxpayer just bends and takes it in the end
And re-elects them again, its strange amigo.
